Fulton Family Health Associates

Welcome to Webview!

Fulton Family Health Associates now offers WebView. Using WebView, patients can access their medical charts through a secure patient portal. WebView also allows patients to contact their nurse or provider directly, securely, at their own convenience. Take a look at the following video demonstration. (The demonstration requires Adobe Flash Player; click here for the free download if needed.)

The Camtasia Studio video content presented here requires JavaScript to be enabled and the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player. Using WebView

Routine questions, requests, and simple problems may be handled using WebView. WebView is not intended for urgent problems or emergencies. Patients with emergencies should call 911 or go directly the emergency room.

Webview is easy to use, and its use is shown in the video, above. Click on the WebView link. You will be asked read and accept the WebView Patient Portal Agreement. If you accept the terms of the agreement, click "I Agree" and you will be directed to the WebView login page. Login using your username and password. The portions of your chart will appear on the left sidebar.

To send a message to your nurse or provider, click on the "New Message" box, upper left. To view messages that have been sent to you, click "Inbox."

Your provider may send you a message, or the message may refer you to a letter in the chart, accessible through the "Letters" box on the left.
